Y-Spark

Y-Spark is a newly launched program designed to help entrepreneurs develop ideas, assess opportunities, and create small businesses.

The program's instructional model helps entrepreneurs develop their small business ideas and prepares entrepreneurs to launch and operate their businesses. Participants of the Y-Spark program will get the opportunity to develop their ideas in a supportive and collaborative environment while developing applicable business skills.

Y-Spark is delivered by two-hour group sessions occurring weekly for an 6-week term. Participants will have unparalleled access to mentors, advisors and support agencies throughout. Y-Spark provides additional one-on-one support from our business consultants outside of group instruction once a week. The program culminates with strategic/business plan development with supports for entrepreneurs in launching their businesses.

Copywriting, binding, editing and printing included. All additional training sessions offered by the YMCA Employment, Enterprise, and Newcomer Services are free.
